Our host finally decided to upgrade their internal systems to MySQL 5 (this is our database) and unfortunately I have not been able to migrate the existing databases to the new version.
Hang fire for this, emails will continue to work (apologies for the downtime). Previous plans have not come together quite yet as anticipated but a new strategy is in place.
